Counting/separating bags into individual station pans for packing day. Can be done anytime 8-3(during school day)-flexible arrival and end time based on when volunteers are able to help. Will not take full day.

Assist with furniture and packing supply set up. May require heavy lifting. Set up will be in the Fellowship Hall , Please check in at main church entrance with security and come down to Atrium entrance area.

After event stay to help sweep gymnasium and cafeteria and wash tables 

Guide students to lines and tables when they arrive. Monitor students in cafeteria. Walk thru gymnasium during movie to ensure students are following rules. Make sure students are not loitering in cafeteria or walking around building during the movie...

Stationed in the cafeteria near girls/boys restroom to monitor. Jenna Gloeb will go over instructions for the evening before students arrive.

Volunteer to help retrieve kids from classrooms needing picture retakes, straighten collars, adjust hair, etc.
