We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo, and you can come too, too, too. Let's take the kindergarteners to see some animal exhibits. :)
Chaperones will be given a few students to be in charge of while at Minnesota Zoo and on the bus. This will involve making sure students use the bathroom if needed, getting water breaks at the fountains, having fun as you explore the Zoo exhibits, and letting the teachers know if needed for an emergency.

Teachers will be doing a lottery for how many parents can ride the bus. This will be decided after the due date on April 16th. If you are not on the bus, you will have to drive yourself to the zoo. This will be communicated via classroom teachers.
The cost for chaperones is $12 and the cost for parking is $10 per vehicle due to the MN Zoo policy. If you have questions about registration, please contact your child’s teacher for more information.
The bus will depart MCA at 8:30 AM (please arrive by 8:15AM and wait at Student Services). The bus will return to MCA by 2:00.
**REGISTRATION DEADLINE to sign up to chaperone: Thursday, April 16th (Due to Zoo Policy for gathering our group’s numbers). PLEASE NOTE: Younger siblings may not attend.
